Shipping policy
We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders made on weekdays before 23:59, we try to ship the same day. However, we do not always manage to fulfill this. Sometimes products are not available and the delivery of your order may take a little longer. There is an indication of the delivery time on the product page. If for whatever reason we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
The stated prices do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs are for the Netherlands:

Delivery via GLS, PostNL or DHL are generally delivered the next working day between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
Reclamation time/return
It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after it is received without a reason.
After cancellation, you have another 30 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for return from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs amount to approximately € 5 per order. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the operator with all the accessories supplied and-if reasonably possible-in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at: info@scheidsrechters.nl. . We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and make sure that it is well packed when returning.
Swapping product?
Do you want to exchange your product? That's no problem at all. You can contact info@scheidsrechters.nl for this. You do bear the costs of returning the product.

Pick up order in Enschede

How to reach our warehouse
The address of our warehouse is: Rigtersbleek-Westend 37521 RC Enschede. The loading, unloading and pickup is done at the rear of the building. Navigate to: Rigtersbleek Westend in Enschede. When you drive straight ahead here, you get to our outdoor area.
Our logistical work isOutsourced to Fulfilment Today BV. They process our orders and store our goods.
At the door next to the roll-over door 10 you can enter to collect the order. A Fulfilment Today staff member will help you with this further. To do this, please keep the order number, which starts with SR, handy.
